How do I place my order?
Add items to your basket.
- Click CHECKOUT
- Repeat customers - enter your e-mail & password -- New customers - Click CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT
- Fill in fields marked with an asterisk ( * )
- To continue as a "Guest", check the box next to "I do not wish to create an account"
- Click SUMBIT & CONTINUE
- Click PLACE ORDER NOW
- For payment, choose PAY PAL, then click MAKE PAYMENT, you will then be taken to PayPal where you can pay with a credit card or log into your existing account.
- Click REVIEW ORDER & CONTINUE
- Click on the orange Pay $ Now button and you're done!
Payments made through Pay Pal / Is it safe? Yes!
All transactions are completed through PayPal. Personal information you provide will never be sold or shared with any third party, ever. Your e-mail address will only be used for the purpose of the transaction, should need be.
Don't worry, if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use your regular credit card without a PayPal account. Once you make your purchase, PayPal will send you a notification e-mail of that purchase.
Once payment has been cleared, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your order will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours, usually sooner, during regular business days, Monday - Friday. Orders Placed on Friday will be shipped the following business day-Monday.

** Shopping Cart Usage **
Once you put an item(s) in your cart, you will have 24 hours to complete checkout and pay for your purchase.
After 24 hours from the time you placed your order, your cart will automatically be cleared.
Thank you for your understanding as this is to give other customers the opportunity to purchase as well.
How are my items packaged?
Your items will be carefully placed in a pretty gift box. I will place multiple items in a box if it fits properly. If you purchased something for a gift (other than a gift for yourself 
) contact me and I will be happy to use separate boxes, FREE!
Cuff bracelets will be neatly wrapped in bubble wrap for safety.
Bubble mailers are used to insure the box and the "treasures" inside, gets to you safely!
Giving as a gift? Just let me know what you want your gift card to say in the Customer Comment box when you check out. The card will be handwritten by me. Remeber, if it's not up to my very high standards, it won't go out. I guarantee that it'll look beautiful!

Why not use First-Class Mail International?
Canada & the United Kingdom require that First-Class Mail is registered for a fee of $11.50.
Creations With Heart's First-Class Flat Rate of $2.50 would total $14.00.
When will my package be shipped?
Your items will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours of payment, in a pretty gift box.
You can be sure that care is taken when packaging your creations!
Returns
In the unlikely event an item was damaged in shipping, you have ten business days after the item is shipped, to report the damage. If this is the case, please contact us for instructions on returning your item for repair.

The newsletter goes out to subscribers when new products have arrived and/or if the store is having a sale. You can always unsubscribe if you wish, by clicking on the link at the bottom of the e-mail.
