What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Credit Cards, PayPal and Square. Although Paypal prefers all users to have Paypal accounts, if you don't have one, the system incorporates a way for you to send money to someone who does, via credit card payment to the Paypal account holder. We do not store your credit card information. All credit card processing is done through an SSL secure server.
How much is shipping?
We use WEIGHT CALCULATED shipping with USPS First Class Mail or Priority only to USA (All 50 states and US territories, APO/FPO)

What shipping method do you use?
All items are sent out First Class or Priority USPS from Canby, Oregon, USA
How long does an order take to process?
You can expect most items to ship out in 3 business days after an order is placed. If you need it sooner, contact us by email or by phone.
Where are you located?
Creations with Heart is located in Canby, Oregon 97013. We do not have a storefront. However, if you are local, you can contact us for pickup.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Tax is included in the price of the item.
What is your return policy?
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please contact us for a return authorization email BEFORE shipping an item back. The item must be sent back First Class USPS only. You can ask for an exchange, store credit or full refund.
There is a 90-day guarantee on all products for manufacturing defects. Taking a bath, shower, swimming or other prolonged exposure to water voids the guarantee.
